These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIMovies.stream (the “Service”), operated by the platform owners and hosted on Hostinger VPS infrastructure. By accessing or using the Service, including any iOS or Android applications that connect to it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or watching content, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

AIMovies.stream provides AI-generated micro-dramas, short-form vertical content, series, and related features. Content may be free or require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. We may add interactive features, creator tools, and mobile apps over time.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Manage or cancel via your account or Stripe customer portal.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content, trademarks, and platform software are owned by AIMovies.stream or its licensors. You may not download, redistribute, or commercially exploit content except as expressly permitted. User-generated or creator-submitted content remains subject to our Content Guidelines and these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material
• Circumvent payment or access controls

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy section or contact support for billing issues.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMovies.stream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Federal laws including the DMCA and COPPA apply where relevant.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the site or email.
