End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and AIMovies.stream governing your use of the AIMovies.stream website, any associated software, and future iOS and Android mobile applications (collectively, the “Software”).

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms and our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software to build a competing service
• Remove any proprietary notices

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, AI models, content generation systems, and all related intellectual property are owned by AIMovies.stream or its licensors. AI-generated output is licensed to you for personal viewing only.

4. Updates and Mobile Apps

We may update the Software or mobile apps automatically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. App store terms (Apple App Store, Google Play) also apply to mobile downloads.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMOVIES.STREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Federal consumer protection and intellectual property laws apply.
